Was ready to place my order, but the shipping cost was way too much. Felt ridiculous for what I was buying.

Customer service did get back to me, but, it took longer than I was expecting. I did get the help I needed in the end, it just wasn’t very quick

I tried to check out twice it was a pain. I’d pick a pickup time, and then the cart would randomly switch it on me. Then the payment page froze, because apparently we’re doing that now. When I went back, a few items had disappeared from my cart, so I would’ve had to start the whole thing over. Nope. I gave up and ordered from somewhere else

I had a frustrating time ordering from shopridleys.com. A few things I needed were showing as in stock, so I went ahead and placed the order thinking everything was good.
The next day I got a message saying some of the items actually weren’t available, it threw off what I had planned. I get that inventory can change, but the site really needs to do a better job keeping stock updated.
I don’t mind if something is sold out, just don’t let me buy it first. After this, I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I don’t even know exactly how long it ended up taking, because the tracking was stuck for days and the dates kept feeling unclear. I’d check it thinking it should’ve moved by then, but nothing really changed, so I had no idea if it was delayed, lost, or just sitting somewhere. Maybe it was just bad timing, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again after that

This felt cheap right out of the package, and it didn’t even hold up after the first use. Come on now, I definitely expected better. Not happy with this purchase and I won’t be ordering from shopridleys.com again.

The packaging was just okay. The box arrived dented, which was annoying, and I had to force myself to be patient while checking everything over instead of getting frustrated right away. Luckily, the items inside were fine, but I still wish it had been packed a bit better...

I picked up a few things to give as gifts, and they were fine. Nothing really stood out as super special, but everything worked for what I needed. The site was easy enough to use, though the options felt a little limited. It’s a decent choice if you just need something basic.

I wouldn’t recommend this for younger kids. It just doesn’t feel suitable for them, and some of it is kind of ridiculous for that age group.

Maybe it works fine if you already know you need something basic, but for just browsing and comparing options, there really wasn’t much for me to choose from...

I just wanted to play something, but the site was confusing to use. It feels like it could be laid out in a way that’s a little more fair and considerate to people who are just trying to get started without a hassle

I opened my order and yeah… it was the wrong stuff. At first I thought it was just a simple mix-up, but it felt a little too random to be random, you know? Like somewhere in the system, my actual order just vanished and this mystery package got sent instead. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying

I thought the game looked fun at first, and the overall design is okay, but the rules felt kind of messy once I actually started playing. What bothered me most was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I needed help, just felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either.

I’ve been able to find most of what I need on the site, so it’s not a bad experience overall. But the last time I used it, the pages felt slow and checkout seemed to take more steps than it should. Maybe it’s just because that most recent visit is fresh in my mind, but it definitely made the site feel clunkier than I expected.

I sent the item back and expected the refund to come through by now, but I’m still waiting. What made it more frustrating is that one email says one thing and then another email seems to say something different, so I’m not sure what’s going on with the return...

I poked around Shopridleys.com for a bit when I had a few minutes to kill, and it wasn’t not entertaining. Some of the stuff is funny and a little different, and I did find a couple things that made me laugh. After a while though, it kinda started feeling like more of the same. It’s decent if you just want a quick browse, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything too exciting.
